$11 for orders less than $20. 
$6 for orders between $20.01 and $50. 
FREE DELIVERY for orders over $50.

We deliver island-wide in Singapore, except for certain restricted government and military zones. If you have any questions regarding delivery zones, please email us. Orders will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days.

Please indicate your preference of delivery day and timing during checkout in the order comments section. We will do our best to meet them. If we are unable to, please understand that in order to keep delivery costs down we will always plan our delivery routes for efficiency.

Self-Collection (**Currently Unavailable**)

For self-pickup orders, you will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for collection. You can call us at this number, 6926 5888, to inquire about your order status.

*No-Show and Late Collection:*

  1. Orders that have not been collected within 5 days from the selected collection date and time may be considered as no-shows.
  2. In the case of a no-show, the order will be restocked, and a cancellation fee of 15% of the order total may apply.
  3. If a customer arrives late for collection, we will make our best effort to accommodate them, but there may be delays in providing assistance due to operational constraints.

*Exceptions and Special Cases:* 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you’re unable to collect your order due to exceptional reasons (e.g., emergencies, health issues), please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We’ll assess each case individually to find a suitable resolution. 

Order Cancellation 

  1. Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. This allows us to ensure timely inventory management and customer satisfaction.
  2. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the order total.

How to Request Cancellation: 

To request an order cancellation, please follow these steps: 

  1. Send an email to hello@thelittlemarket.sg with the subject line: “Order Cancellation Request – Order #[your order number].”
  2. In the email, include your full name, order number, and a brief reason for the cancellation request.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days to confirm the cancellation and provide further instructions.
