Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because we sell food, beverages and other consumable products, our returns policy is designed around food safety and hygiene, while fully respecting your rights under Singapore law.

Change of mind

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been delivered. Please check your order carefully before you buy.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or expired items

If any item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or past its expiry or best-before date, we will make it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (the Lemon Law).

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@little-jars.com with:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue; and

• Clear photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging and batch or expiry label.

Once verified, we will offer you a replacement, a refund, or store credit, as appropriate. Where a return is required, we will arrange and pay for collection or provide return instructions.

Items we cannot accept for return

• Perishable, chilled or frozen goods;

• Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless faulty);

• Products without proof of purchase; and

• Clearance or marked-down items, except where faulty

Refunds

• Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

• Delivery charges are refunded only where the entire order was faulty, incorrect, or cancelled before dispatch.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing orders@little-jars.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, our returns terms above apply.
