This website, thelittlemarket.sg (the “store”), is operated by Little Jars Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201308784M) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or placing an order on the store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract, to use this store.

Products and pricing

• All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Prices are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate (currently 9%).

• We try to display products, colours and packaging accurately, but actual items may vary slightly. Product availability is not guaranteed.

• We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, even after an order is placed, with a full refund.

Age-restricted products (alcohol)

Some products sold on this store contain alcohol. By ordering an alcoholic product you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We may require proof of age on delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse sale or delivery to any person who appears to be under 18 or is unable to provide valid identification. Alcohol is sold and delivered subject to the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act and our applicable licences.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken through our approved payment providers at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Little Jars Pte. Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
